Well, I have been doing the exercises every day, except Saturday and I really can tell the difference this week. First, I was sore, my bones and back were cracking and I was stiff all over. That just told me how out of shape I was. Now, I feel more energetic and it doesn't hurt anymore, but on some of the exercises my bones and back still crack a little, but I'm not stiff at all. I feel better than ever.
I'm going to try doing this program in the morning (3/10/2022). I will keep everyone posted on how it is working for me, I'm ready y'all.
