A proletarian diet is a type of semi-vegetarianism in which chicken is allowed, but red meat and pork are not. I still love my chicken and fish, but only once or twice a month, everything else is veggies. I am losing weight because of the food choices I have made. I drink plenty of water, and now I am on a regular exercise program, (at home).

I wanted everyone to see this video to help them change their eating habits. Everyone wants to live a longer, happier, healthier life, especially me. I am almost a vegetarian, "it's the chicken tho", lol. Not fried chicken, but cooked in my NuWave oven. I love it.
